What is the best way to remove mascara without removing my lashes?

3

When I remove my mascara, I remove it before bed so that it doesn’t make my lashes brittle and come out easier. But even sometimes at night they tend to come out in an uncommon and unhealthy amount. How can I remove my mascara while sparing my lashes?

And if you happen to know: how long does it take for eye lashes to grow back?

It doesn’t take them too long to grow back, it doesn’t for me at least. So it depends.

I use Neutrogenas Oil-Free Eye makeup remover, it even removes waterproof mascara. It’s really good. Soak a cotton ball in the remover, close one of your eyes and gently run the cotton ball down your lashes. Another good remover when cleaning your eyes is vaseline. :)

1(easy way) you can just sleep with it and wash your face in the morning
OR
2 Use Vaseline and a cotton ball

Eyelashes take around 50 days to grow… That’s why all this new eyelash growing stuff says results most visible in about 2 months. They are very slow growing hair :( sadly.

What I do (I use waterproof mascara that is very hard to remove).

Put vaseline on all my lashes. Then I brush my teeth and do some stuff so it has time to sit. I take a tissue and then wipe my eyelashes gently as if I was putting on mascara. When I’ve gotten as much off as possible, I use Neutragena Oil-Free makeup remover to get out the rest. It still takes me around 10 minutes to get off all my mascara with it though (but then again, I use waterproof) and there’s still a bit left, which I put vaseline on and then wipe off.

A good product you should try is L’Oreal Paris Lash Boosting serum. A lot of people who have tried it say it really helps eyelashes become healthier and fall out less. I haven’t tried it, but I’ve heard a lot of good things about it from the internet.
